event video production

Event video production covers before, during and after. AI makes the opener and the stage and wall content, and the recap is built on real footage from the day, with AI opening and closing it.

  • Openers built for the screen. It plays once, very large. We plan the final frame with your show caller, because the first speaker walks in on it.
  • Stage and LED wall content. Holding loops, speaker backgrounds and stings, made to your supplier's pixel map and file spec.
  • Recaps stay true. An event recap video is built on real footage. AI scenes are labelled, and they never stand in for something that did not happen.
  • Vertical cuts. A 7680-wide opener loses nearly all of its frame in 9:16, so vertical versions are planned as their own edits.

Live event video production in the broadcast sense, with live switching and streaming, stays with your AV supplier. We make the films that feed it. If your event also needs something people can play, we make mixed digital and physical games too. For where the join between real and AI should fall, read AI and live action in one film.

A 60-second event opener with a fast cut, original music and a rush deadline plans at SAR 11,500 to 18,500 (USD 3,100 to 5,000) Calculator estimate, before VAT. Rush is the factor you can most easily avoid. See how a normal deadline changes the range in the budget calculator. How much video production costs explains the rest.

Questions

Event video production questions

How early should we brief an event opener?

As soon as the theme is known, even if the agenda is not. Send the event date and the screen spec, and we will work back from rehearsal.

Can you make content for a non-standard LED wall?

Yes. Non-standard is normal. Send the pixel map and the file spec from your LED supplier.

Can AI event films use our speakers' faces?

We recommend filming your speakers. If a film needs to dramatise a person, get the person's approval and your counsel's view first.

Do you film the event as well?

Footage from your own videographer works well. If you do not have one, a shoot can be added to the plan.
